Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • We use Shopify's shipping service and Australia Post for deliveries. The standard domestic shipping fee is a flat rate, with an additional charge for each additional item.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Local collection is also available for customers who wish to pick up their orders. The handling time for local collection is 5-7 days to arrange a suitable collection window. Local collection is free of charge.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available occasionally and entirely at the buyer's expense.
  • When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Free shipping is available through promotional discounts.
  • For express shipping orders, processing and shipping are guaranteed within 48 hours.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

  • Midtown Jack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless it is due to our error. However, if your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy:

  • We accept returns within a 14-day timeframe, under the following conditions: a) The packaging is unopened and in good condition. b) The packaging is opened but in good condition and the product shows no signs of wear. c) There is a manufacturing fault. d) The item received is not as ordered or described.

  • In cases of a manufacturing fault or the item not being as ordered/described, we will provide a return postage label. In cases of a 'change of mind' or unsuitability, all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. In all other cases, the cost of return shipping will be decided at the discretion of the business.
